Green Salsa

Hello gals and guys,
I love the name of the blog, and to commemorate the beginning of such great times I have made an all organic green salsa. I know Diego is going to appreciate the play on those words...

I bought 6 green tomatoes ( they are not tomatoes that are not ripe, but a complete different species: Physalis ixocarpa compared to Solanum lycopersicum), 2 green onions, and 1 green chile.

OMG delicious. so good that I actually just ate some with a spoon. I wish I could take you some.

I'll try doing this when I get back to Waterloo.
